Yes Not sure Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I disabled all extensions and restarted Chrome, still does this. I then restarted the computer, still displays chrome://newtab I cannot fix it. Seems like a bug for sure.
